LATE SPRING

Ayurvedic Season of the Mud

As the earth softens and the rains settle in, late spring invites us into the rich, fertile energy of “the mud” — a season of grounding, nourishment, and steady growth.

In Ayurveda, this time of year is associated with Kapha: cool, heavy, moist, and stabilizing. While nature blooms, we may also feel the weight of accumulation — physically and energetically.

Seasonal Practices for Late Spring

• Move with steady heat
• Twist + open the chest
• Practice energizing breath
• Wake earlier
• Eat light + warm
• Dry brush + move daily

Clear out. Rise Up
